Bookseller member deadlines
| January 14 | Dues renewal and roadmap inclusion deadline |
| March 10 | Nominate a bookseller for the Midwest Bookseller of the Year award |
| April 22 | Roadmaps shipped to stores |
| April 24 | Spring Road Trip registration deadline |
| May 1–May 31 |
Nominate a person or company for the Voice of the Heartland award |
| May 1–May 31 | Apply for a scholarship to attend Heartland Fall Forum |
| May 1–September 1 | Register for Heartland Fall Forum |
| June 1–June 30 | Nominate titles for the Heartland Booksellers Award |
| July 1–July 15 | Vote on titles for the Heartland Booksellers Award |
| July 1 | Catalog ordering deadline |
| October 31 | Catalogs shipped to stores |
