We’re excited to present the Heartland Fall Forum, the trade show partnership we’ve created with GLIBA, the Great Lakes Independent Booksellers Association, to host a shared, expanded trade show for both of our regions. The first Heartland Fall Forum will be held on October 3, 4, and 5, 2012, at The Depot in downtown Minneapolis (the site of our 2011 trade show), a beautiful nineteenth-century train station transformed into a hotel and conference center. In 2013, we will meet in GLIBA’s region with the location and date to be determined. The Heartland Fall Forum will be the largest regional trade show in the country to serve the independent bookselling market.

To serve all of our attendees, we’ve created one central website for all news and registration information for the show. From now through October, our regional association websites will highlight the current activities of the trade show while linking you to the Heartland site. For your convenience, all show information will be posted on the Heartland site, including our call for authors, exhibitor and attendee registration forms, meal tickets, hotel and shipping information, and so on.

Our website will be continually updated as we develop the show, and we’ll always be sure to update you when news and opportunities are announced.
